DESCRIPTION:WIRV will hold its Annual General Meeting at 4.30 pm on 21 March 2019 at Grant Thornton\, Collins Square\, Tower 5\, Level 22\, 727 Collins Street\, Docklands. \nThe purpose of the AGM is to: \n(a) confirm the minutes of the 2018 Annual General Meeting;\n(b) receive from the Committee of Management reports as to the business conducted by WIRV during its 2018/2019 committee year;\n(c) receive and consider the Special Purpose Financial Report of WIRV for the 2018 financial year; and\n(d) appoint a new Committee of Management. \nAll current members are welcome and encouraged to attend the AGM. If you wish to do so\, please RSVP to the Secretary at secretary@wirv.com.au by 15 March 2019. \nIf you are unable to attend\, you can nominate another member of WIRV as a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf. \nIf you are a current member and you have not yet received your AGM notice\, please email the Secretary at secretary@wirv.com.au. \n
