DESCRIPTION:The WIRV Advocacy Sub-Committee would like to thank Annabelle Ballard at the Victorian Bar for presenting at our Career Progression Boardroom Lunch on 18 September 2025. \nAnnabelle generously shared her insights into her unique pathway to the Bar\, her experience as a junior barrister and the challenges and excitement that being a barrister brings\, along with details about her new role as an Associate Teaching Fellow at Deakin University. \nAttendees had the opportunity to ask questions about her career and receive thoughtful advice about their own professional journeys.
