The topic of the briefing is Cyber security – cyber threats, cyber fitness and practical advice to mitigate cyber risks.

In this session, Susie Jones and Adam Selwood of Cynch Security will take you through what you need to know about cyber risk, how you can approach managing the problem, and provide you with useful advice on things you can do that each take less than five minutes.
