WIRV recognises the importance of mentoring, particularly for junior women in the profession. The WIRV Mentoring Program provides an opportunity for WIRV members at any level to be paired with an experienced mentor within the industry.

WIRV invites all members to register for the 2024 Mentoring Program. Members can register their interest to be a mentor, a mentee or both.

To participate in the program, WIRV requires mentors and mentees to each complete a short questionnaire about the mentor/mentee’s position and objectives. Mentors and mentees are then paired together by the WIRV Advocacy Sub-committee prior to the program commencing. The mentors and mentees commit to a 12-month program running from February to December.

The 2024 mentors and mentees will also receive an invitation to our exclusive mentoring mixer networking night, which will take place in the first half of 2024.

Registration for the 2024 Mentoring Program is open to all WIRV members.

Registrations close on 9 February 2024 following which the Advocacy Sub-Committee will email participants to confirm the relevant pairings.
