WIRV is excited to announce our next Breakfast Briefing, to be held at 7.30am on Thursday, 8 May 2025, to hear from Claudia Baskett, Director at BlueRock Law, and Nicholas Giasoumi of Dye & Co.  The focus of the briefing will be the critical issues that insolvency practitioners need to consider on day 1 of their appointment.

Nicholas is a registered liquidator and bankruptcy trustee and prominent member of the insolvency industry in Victoria.

Claudia and Nicholas will be talking about some of the key steps required to be taken on appointment, to determine the best course of action for creditors and minimise the risk of exposure to the insolvency practitioner.

The presentation will be held in person at the offices of BlueRock, L2, Rialto Podium East, 525 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000, and also available online.

For those attending in person, a light breakfast and refreshments will be provided. Networking will commence at 7:30am with the presentation commencing at 8:00am sharp and concluding, following questions, at 9:00am.
