In this session, Nicole will look at the psychology of influence and how it connects with the way liquidators and trustees draft preference letters.  We’ll see how the adage “it’s not what you say, but how you say it” plays out in this context.

Nicole is a specialist commercial mediator and negotiation trainer.  She has been teaching negotiation, influence, and conflict resolution skills for over 10 years.  Nicole is also a qualified solicitor, having worked as an insolvency practitioner for over 5 years.
