Heather Matheson is a Partner at McGrathNicol, Registered Liquidator and a Board Member of the Te-Kworo Foundation. She has spent the majority of her career in Sydney, before relocating to Melbourne in September 2025.  Heather has over 18 years’ experience as a restructuring and insolvency specialist, advising businesses, financiers and boards through periods of financial distress.  Her experience includes large voluntary administrations, receiverships, liquidations and independent business reviews, where she works to deliver practical solutions in complex situations across various industries, most recently in pharmacy, healthcare and manufacturing.

Heather became a Registered Liquidator this year and was appointed Partner at McGrathNicol last year.
