WIRV held its first Afternoon High Tea on 18 October 2016. The High Tea featured guest speaker Janet Hailes Michelmore, the Executive Director & Head of External Relations at Jean Hailes for Women’s Health.Jean Hailes for Women’s Health is a national not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving the knowledge of women’s health throughout the various stages of their lives, and to provide a trusted world-class health service for women. Janet discussed a number of emerging trends in women’s health, particularly relevant health issues and ways in which one can look after their mental and physical health while looking after their career.
