WIRV members are invited to come along to hear from Alice and Radhika as they share how to advance and build a career in insolvency that aligns with your vision and goals. The format of the event will be an informal small round-table discussion with lunch provided. We are excited to bring you this exclusive session featuring senior practitioners representing both the accounting and law professions.

Alice Ruhe is a Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy and Registered Liquidator at The Ruhe Group and has over 20 years’ experience in the insolvency and corporate recovery industry. She is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a member of ARITA and the Turnaround Management Association. Alice has experience across all forms of corporate and personal insolvency administrations and acts as Trustee in Bankruptcy and Liquidator in a number of complex and litigious matters, with extensive experience in investigations, recovery actions and referrals of misconduct.

Radhika Kanhai is a Partner in the Commercial Litigation & Disputes Team at Moray & Agnew Lawyers with over 25 years’ experience in complex court litigation and dispute resolution. Her practice includes commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency disputes, with particular expertise in corporate and personal insolvency, property and leasing disputes and Corporations Act matters. Radhika has extensive experience acting for insolvency practitioners, individuals and corporations and is particularly experienced in negotiation, mediation and alternative dispute resolution.

This is a wonderful opportunity to hear from Alice and Radhika as they share insights into their respective career journeys, achievements, experiences and the challenges and obstacles they have faced along the way.
