Join us as we hear from Georgia Boyce­ and Elizabeth Reinehr, Senior Government Lawyers in the Active Creditor team of the FEG Recovery Program, Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations to hear about Active Creditor’s involvement in voluntary administrations, their review of reports to creditors and attendance at meetings and the type of Court applications/issues that FEG engage with. The presenters will also provide some brief insights into FEG’s Recovery Funding team and the recalibration of FEG Recovery Program to pursue actions to recover outstanding SGC.
