The WIRV Professional Development sub-committee would like to thank all those who attended our lunch time briefing held on 22 October 2025. The briefing was presented by the fabulous Nicole Davidson of Nicole Davidson Negotiation, with a focus on the psychology of influence and how it connects with the way liquidators and trustees draft preference letters.

Nicole is a leader in negotiations and mediations through alternative means to the traditional Court system. She is also a long-time supportive member and friend of WIRV!
