About the Networking Sub-Committee
WIRV’s Networking Sub-Committee hosts a number of networking events throughout the year, providing opportunities for members of the restructuring and insolvency industry to get together in an informal setting, across a wide variety of events.
WIRV’s most popular events in recent years have included the annual Trivia Night, a Night at the Australian Open, Polo in the City and the Manikato Stakes Night.

A Night at the Open
In recent years, the WIRV Summer Function has been held at the Australian Open in mid-January. This fantastic event represents an opportunity for guests to network in a private setting over several hours whilst enjoying one of Melbourne’s premier sporting events. Joins us for an evening of food and drinks, and of course tennis, with tickets provided to seats within Margaret Court Arena.
Annual Trivia Night
The WIRV Annual Trivia Night is an event not to be missed! A tradition that has been running for a least 10 years, join us as Insolvency’s greatest minds put their trivia knowledge to the test.
WIRV Polo in the City
The WIRV Polo in the City held at Albert Park Lake in December, represents an excellent opportunity for guests to network in a relaxed and more intimate setting, as they enjoy a day of Polo and divet stomping. Join us in a fully catered, private marquee for a full day of fun, food, drinks and Polo!
