Event/Ticket Cancellation Policy
WIRV is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind.
WIRV can cancel your ticket(s) at any time. If WIRV cancels your ticket(s), you will be provided with a full refund.
If a WIRV event is cancelled for any reason, you will be provided with a full refund.
Event tickets may be transferred between individuals, assuming they are like for like (i.e. member tickets may only be transferred to a current member of WIRV).
Any cancellation requests received prior to an event will be refunded at the discretion of WIRV. All cancellation requests must be made in writing to communications@wirv.com.au.
If there is a change in the COVID risk levels prior to the event being held and you wish to cancel your ticket, please let us know by emailing us at communications@wirv.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate a refund. However, WIRV has absolute discretion as to whether a refund is provided in these circumstances and has is under no obligation to provide you with a refund if the event is going ahead.
