On Thursday, 6 August 2015, we hosted our annual mid year function at Glamp Bar in Melbourne's CBD.  With a great turnout of guests, we enjoyed a night of networking and sampling a variety of African canapes and drinks. Special thanks to our sponsors Cornwall Stodart and Bibby Financial Services.

Our annual Footy Finals Luncheon was held on Friday, 11 September 2015 at the Crown Palladium. The event was proudly sponsored by Hall Chadwick, GraysOnline, List A Barristers and Law Image.Lawrence Mooney was our MC and our special guests included Mick Molthouse, Bryan Taylor, Luke Ball, Jack Watts and Chelsea Roffey who provided an entertaining and insightful panel discussing the 2015 AFL footy season. The annual live auction conducted by GraysOnline was a huge success, with all proceeds going to Safe Steps, a charity supporting women…

We hosted our first Polo in the City at Albert Park. The day featured 2 private marquees, amazing weather and an even better turnout of guests. We hosted our first Summer Lawn Bowls event at Flagstaff Gardens. We were joined by guest speaker, Kyle Vander Kuyp, an Australian Olympic athlete and proudly supported the Grow Hope Foundation - a non-profit organisation dedicated to helping people around the world improve their circumstances through education. On Thursday, 28 April 2016, IWIRC VIC rebranded as WIRV -  Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Victoria. Thank you to all our guests for coming to this event. It was one of our biggest turnouts at a cocktail function and was a successful evening of networking accompanied by some lovely food and drink.  A special thank you to Strathmores Collections and The Bank on Collins for sponsoring the event.
